CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be in writing to NRB Research Symposium, 9510 Technology Drive, Manassas, VA 20110. FAX: 703.330.7100. There is a $75 administrative fee for any refund requests. All requests must be postmarked by April 30, 2009.

MEMBERSHIP

To attend the NRB Research Symposium, you must be an NRB member, or the guest of an NRB member, prior to submitting registration. NRB reserves the right to approve or deny guests of members. For more information contact the NRB Membership office at 703.330.7000 or e-mail membership@nrb.org.

TRANSFER REGISTRATIONS

Notification of transfer of a registration must be in writing to NRB Research Symposium, 9510 Technology Drive, Manassas, VA 20110 on your company letterhead. For this event, registrations may only be transferred to other NRB members.

BADGES

Registration badge packets will be available on site.

LODGING

Lodging is available at the Gaylord Texan for the Research Symposium for $93 plus $15 resort fee plus tax per room per night.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Super Shuttle transportation is available to/from Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport for $12 each way and to/from Dallas Love Field (DAL) for $18 each way. Once you arrive, contact Super Shuttle from the ground transportation courtesy phones at the baggage area.
